Why should I book direct?
We guarantee the best rate when you book direct and the resident managers, or receptionist, will be available to answer any questions and ensure that you book the apartment most suitable to your needs.
Are the apartments serviced daily?
No. A mid stay service is supplied for bookings of 8 nights or longer.
Is there off-street car parking?
Yes. One secure undercover car park is provided per apartment free of charge.
Are all apartments furnished the same?
No. Each apartment is individually owned and has its own modern furnishings and décor.
Is linen supplied in the apartments?
Yes. The apartments are fully self – contained and have full kitchen and laundry facilities.
Can I request a change to the standard bedding configuration?
Yes. For a small one-off charge, we can change the bedding configuration to suit.
Do all apartments have spa baths on the balcony?
Yes, except for apartment 10 which has a jacuzzi and our Penthouse apartment, Casablanca, which has a large spa on the rooftop.
Does the resort have WiFi?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available in all apartments.
Do all apartment have ocean views?
Yes, but the higher the apartment, the better the view.
How far is it to Hastings Street and Noosa’s main beach?
It is approximately a 3-minute walk through the tropical forest to the entrance to Hastings Street.
How long a drive is it from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast airport?
Approximately 1 hour 40 minutes from Brisbane airport and 30 minutes from Sunshine Coast airport.
What facilities do you have?
On level 1 and within the pool enclosure we have a heated pool, ranging in depth from 1.65 metres to 0.04 metres, a gymnasium, sauna and two bathrooms with showers.
Are parties allowed?
Is smoking allowed inside the apartments?
No. All apartments are smoke free.
Are pets allowed?
What are the office/reception hours?
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
What if I expect to arrive outside of the office hours?
Please contact Picture Point Terraces no later than a day prior to your arrival and we will advise you of the afterhours access procedures.
What is your cancellation policy?
An administration fee of the greater of $100 or 12% of the deposit plus GST applies to all cancellations. If the booking is cancelled more than thirty days prior to the arrival date then the deposit less the administration fee will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled less than thirty days prior to the arrival date then the deposit less an administration fee of 12% of the total booking will be refunded only if a substitute booking is made. Please note that there is no refund for an early departure.
