Noosa Boardwalks
Then again, just off centre is Little Cove and Noosa Heads for those who enjoy something slightly along the Noosa Boardwalk. You just need to follow the wooden boardwalk east to find Little Cove just past Small Johnson Point. It’s a bit challenging to get to the beach, but rewarding once you’re there with shade from the overhanging trees that line the road. There are no lifeguards here but you trade that for a little more privacy and a beach that is usually calm and absent of rips.
Further along the boardwalk is the Noosa National Park or from Laguna Lookout, Hastings Street via the local council’s Yunaman Bushland Reserve walking track is an invigorating 2.4km return walk. A reasonable level of fitness is required as the trail is steep in parts with a few steps.
